Free UK Delivery
Delivery is free on every order to all UK postcodes: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For safety reasons opened chemical products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
To start a return, contact us first. We will send you the return address by email.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.
